103- Standard Initial Cosmetic and Facial Acupuncture Treatment with Dr Anya Liu (TCM)

Description

COSMETIC & FACIAL ACUPUNCTURE Initial Cosmetic & Facial Acupuncture Treatment A comprehensive, acupuncture-focused treatment combining Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutional care with facial acupuncture, red light therapy and facial Gua Sha. This treatment is intentionally kept simple and product-light. No skincare products are used during the treatment other than Meridian Facial Oil, making it ideal for patients who prefer a more minimal facial treatment or who already have their own established skincare routine. What to Expect 1. Facial & Health Consultation Your practitioner will discuss your health history, skin concerns, lifestyle and cosmetic goals to understand both your facial presentation and broader constitutional health. 2. Constitutional Body Acupuncture Body acupuncture points are selected according to your individual Chinese Medicine diagnosis, allowing the treatment to consider your overall health alongside your facial concerns. 3. Cosmetic & Facial Acupuncture Fine acupuncture needles and facial techniques are used to address areas of facial tension, skin tone and the appearance of fine lines. Techniques may also be used to release areas of fascial tightness through the face and jaw. 4. Red Light Therapy Red light therapy is incorporated while the facial acupuncture needles are retained, providing an additional non-invasive component to the facial treatment. 5. Facial & Neck Gua Sha Gua Sha is performed across the face and neck using Meridian Facial Oil to support gentle facial massage, release muscular and fascial tension and encourage relaxation. 6. Personalised Treatment Plan Your practitioner will discuss an appropriate treatment frequency together with Chinese Medicine lifestyle and home-care recommendations to help maintain your treatment results. A Minimal-Product Approach This treatment is predominantly acupuncture-based and does not include a professional skincare facial or additional cosmetic products. Aside from Meridian Facial Oil used during Gua Sha, no skincare is applied. For patients wanting a more comprehensive treatment combining cosmetic acupuncture with professional skin therapy and natural skincare, we recommend Dr Anya Liu’s (TCM) 7-Step Cosmetic Acupuncture & Skin Health Protocol.
