Your first visit is a thorough and holistic assessment designed to understand your unique health profile and lay the foundation for an effective, personalized treatment plan.

What’s Included:
In-Depth Health & Lifestyle Consultation: A detailed review of your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and health goals to identify the root causes of your concerns.

Traditional Diagnostic Evaluation: Comprehensive pulse and tongue diagnosis, plus any other classical assessments necessary to determine your internal energetic balance.

Personalized Acupuncture Treatment: Application of acupuncture tailored specifically to your diagnosis, using techniques appropriate to your constitution and tolerance.

Herbal Medicine & TCM Recommendations: Based on your diagnosis, initial herbal prescriptions or dietary/lifestyle advice will be provided to support and enhance treatment outcomes.

Duration:
This session typically lasts 60-90 minutes to allow for thorough assessment, treatment, and discussion.
