At Bespoke Chinese Medicine, treatment is highly personalised and tailored to your individual health concerns, constitution and stage of care.

Our practitioners provide acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and other Chinese Medicine therapies, with treatment selected according to your presentation and healthcare needs.

Your consultation may include assessment of your tongue, pulse, facial presentation, health history, lifestyle and current symptoms. Changes are monitored throughout your treatment plan so that care can be adjusted as your presentation evolves.

Our aim is to provide thoughtful, individualised Chinese Medicine healthcare within a calm, private and considered clinical environment.

Selecting the Right Appointment

Initial Acupuncture Consultation
If you are seeking acupuncture, with the possibility of Chinese herbal medicine being incorporated into your treatment plan, please select Initial Acupuncture when booking.

Your practitioner will complete a full Chinese Medicine assessment before developing an individualised treatment plan.

Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation
If you are seeking a Chinese herbal medicine consultation and prescription without acupuncture, please select the Internal Medicine / Herbal Medicine Consultation.

Herbal consultations may also be available via telehealth where clinically appropriate.

Please note that Chinese herbal formulas are charged separately from the consultation fee.

Fertility & IVF Support
Patients seeking acupuncture for preconception care, fertility or IVF support may book with Dr Monique Menzel (TCM).

Monique provides individualised fertility-focused acupuncture combining traditional Chinese Medicine assessment, evidence-informed supportive care and, where clinically appropriate, her advanced training in the Eight Extraordinary Vessels.

Psychoemotional & Eight Extraordinary Vessel Acupuncture
Patients experiencing periods of significant stress, overwhelm, emotional strain or major life transition may also book with Monique for an individualised treatment approach incorporating her advanced training in the Eight Extraordinary Vessels, where clinically appropriate.

Cosmetic & Facial Acupuncture
Patients seeking facial or cosmetic acupuncture may select from our standard Cosmetic & Facial Acupuncture treatments or book with Dr Anya Liu (TCM) for her more comprehensive cosmetic acupuncture and skin-health treatments.

Anya combines her training as a Chinese Medicine practitioner with her professional background in Beauty Therapy to provide an integrated approach to facial and skin health.

Follow-Up Treatment Packages

For patients who require a structured course of treatment, 4, 8 and 12-session package rates may be available for follow-up appointments.

• Psychoemotional & Eight Extraordinary Vessel Acupuncture

The most appropriate number and frequency of treatments will depend on your individual presentation, treatment goals and response to care.

Treatment packages are not automatically required and are offered only where clinically appropriate. Please discuss package options with your practitioner, who will recommend and approve the most suitable treatment plan for you.

Before Your First Appointment

Please complete and submit all digital intake and consent forms before attending your first consultation.

The information provided allows your practitioner to review your health history and helps us make the most effective use of your appointment time.

Booking & Payment

A valid credit or debit card is required when booking to secure your appointment.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Appointment fees are charged on the day of treatment unless alternative arrangements have previously been made with your practitioner.

Our 24 hour cancellation and appointment policies apply to all bookings.

New Patient Availability

To maintain the quality and individual attention provided within the clinic, new patient availability is intentionally limited.

Dr Bree Xiong (TCM)
Bree currently has no availability for new bookings until the end of 2027.

Dr Anya Liu (TCM)
Anya accepts new patients by referral only, with availability limited to approximately one new patient per month.

Dr Monique Menzel (TCM)
Monique is currently accepting new patients by referral and has greater availability for patients seeking fertility and IVF support, women’s health, menstrual health, stress and emotional wellbeing, and general Chinese Medicine care.

Referrals may come from:

• An existing patient of Bespoke Chinese Medicine Clinic

• A Medical Practitioner

• Physiotherapist

• Chiropractor

• Osteopath

• Nurse

• Remedial Massage Therapist

• Naturopath

• Another healthcare practitioner involved in your care

Our referral process helps us understand how you have come to the clinic and allows us to appropriately match patients with the practitioner best suited to their individual presentation.

If your preferred practitioner is unavailable at the time you require, please submit an Appointment Request and include the name of your referrer in the Additional Information section.

We can then place you on the appropriate waitlist and offer the next suitable appointment as availability becomes available.

Existing Patients

Existing patients are always welcome to return to the clinic.

Where Bree is unavailable, patients may be personally guided toward Anya or Monique based on their individual case, previous treatment history and the practitioner whose clinical strengths are best suited to their needs.

This allows continuity of care to remain at the heart of the Bespoke approach.
